Jasmin Peschke holds a provost degree in ecotrophology. She has worked in the Demeter Association Germany and in Weleda AG (Switzerland and Germany) and bio.inspecta (Switzerland). Since 2016, she has been researching and teaching on nutritional issues at the Section for Agriculture.
